Tjänsten Flex HRM låter medarbetare inom avdelningen för universitetsgemensam IT (UIT) rapportera arbetstid, flextid, beredskapstid, övertid, frånvaro och semester, som grund för uppföljning av arbetad tid. All anställd TA-personal vid Uppsala universitet har redovisningsplikt av flextiden och ska kunna redovisa sitt flexsaldo för närmaste chef. Mer information om flextidsrapportering finns att läsa i medarbetarportalen. Tjänsten Flex HRM hanterar följande personuppgifter om dig:

• Användarnamn (AKKA-ID)
• Förnamn
• Efternamn
• Personnummer
• Telefonnummer hos arbetsgivaren (Uppsala universitet)
• Arbetad tid och frånvarotid

Användaruppgifter lämnas aldrig ut till tredje part eller tredje land (land som ej är medlem i EU eller EES). Du har rätt att begära ett registerutdrag för att kunna kontrollera vilken information som finns registrerad om dig.

The Flex HRM service allows employees at the Division for University IT Services (UIT) to report working time, flex time, standby time, overtime, absence and vacation, as a basis for monitoring worked time. All employed TA-staff at Uppsala University have an obligation to account for flex time and must be able to report their flex balance to their immediate supervisor. More information about flextime reporting can be found in the employee portal. The Flex HRM service handles the following personal data about you:

• Username (AKKA ID)
• First name
• Surname
• Social security number
• Telephone number of the employer (Uppsala University)
• Worked time and absence time

User data is never disclosed to third parties or third countries (countries that are not members of the EU or EEA). You have the right to request a register extract in order to check what information is registered about you.
